We are seeking a new, driven, motivated Inside Sales Representative (Fast-Track Growth) to join a dynamic group of passionate and smart professionals.
In this role, you will manage an assigned territory and forefront product, responsible for supporting the Field Sales teams with prospecting initiatives, nurturing leads, updating database activities, providing technical solutions, and participating in marketing campaigns.
This team fosters quick career growth and ensures every individual has a voice, enabling you to independently develop your own selling style whilst offering continual support from the leadership team. You will also benefit from an extensive and robust training program on Sales tactics and Product knowledge, ensuring you are confident and well-equipped when working with customers. You will also have the opportunity to regularly join a Sales Account Manager in the field for customer visits thus gaining valuable exposure to the sales process, customer interactions.
- B.S. or B.A Degree, Chemical or Engineering Background is a plus
- Customer Support, Service, Sales or Retail experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and people-skills
