Due to growth, a global, well-recognised, medium-sized Biotech is seeking their newest Sales Territory Manager.
Working to improve the speed and effectiveness of sample prep technologies in the areas of research and drug discovery, they offer innovative instrumentation, reagents, and services to clinical and research labs.
Stepping into a well-performing territory with a full pipeline of leads, you will be managing an already developed customer base who recognizes the company brand whilst also making a societal impact by placing instruments into genomics, proteomics, and cell biology labs.
You will join a strong, diverse team with a manager who promotes and sets up their employees for “movement within” as well as the “ability to carve out their position/direction to evolve” in their careers.
To ensure this individual is successful, it is required to have:
- B.S. (Or higher)
- Technical Knowledge in NGS, qPCR, Gene therapy, Drug Discovery
- Exposure to and understanding of the capital sales process (consultative approach, length, problem-solving, flexibility, detail-oriented etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We are seeking individuals with experience in or exposure to the capital sales process (i.e., Sales, FAS, Support) who enjoys bringing a consultative approach to sales and is looking to a difference in society.
