Due to growth, a global, well-recognized, medium-sized Biotech is seeking their newest (Sr.) Sales Territory Manager.
Working to improve the speed and effectiveness of sample prep technologies in the areas of research and drug discovery, this teams offers a one-of-a-kind innovative instrumentation to both clinical research and diagnostics labs in the genomics and proteomics market segments.
Stepping into a well-performing region, you will be managing a developed customer base who recognizes this company brand. You will join a strong, diverse team with a manager who promotes and sets up their employee for “movement within” as well as the “ability to carve out their position/direction to evolve” in your career.
To ensure this individual is successful, we are seeking:
- B.S. (Or higher)
- Technical Knowledge in NGS, qPCR, Gene therapy, Drug Discovery
- Exposure to or understanding of the capital sales process (consultative approach, length, problem-solving, flexibility, detail-oriented etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We are seeking individuals with experience in or exposure to the capital sales process (i.e., Sales, FAS, Support) who enjoy bringing a consultative approach to sales and are looking to make a difference in Oncology.
