As a Business Development/Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of this cutting-edge analytical technology, primarily focusing on air quality and chemical analysis solutions. With their unwavering commitment to innovation, they are seeking individuals who are ambitious, motivated, and team-oriented to join their dynamic and growing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive proactive sales activities to identify and develop new business opportunities across the DACH Region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional commercial teams during sales activities, including demonstrations.
  • Effectively assess and evaluate to identify pain points and qualify prospective customers.
  • Act as a champion for company’s technology, representing its capabilities and advantages against competitors’ offerings.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as a primary point of contact for region.


  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a similar discipline.
  • Strong Analytical Chemistry Background is Required (Mass Spec, Chromatography)
  • Experience in Sales with Successful track record is ideal.
  • Willingness to travel (~ 50-60%) across DACH Region, primarily in Germany.
  • Display self-motivation, ambition, and a team-player mindset.
  • CRM Experience is Ideal (Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication Skills in German & English
