This role involves a high degree of bench work, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of lab processes. You’ll contribute to the development of protocols for onboarding new protein targets and support the transition of R&D assays into deployable formats. In addition to experiment execution, you’ll take on lab management responsibilities, including inventory management, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining lab stocks.
What we’re looking for:- 3+ years of hands-on wet lab experience with a love for benchwork.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related bioscience field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Expertise in lab protocols such as multicolor flow cytometry, qPCR, SDS-PAGE, western blotting, and microscopy.
- Knowledge of immunoassay optimization, surface chemistry, and key proteomic techniques like ELISA, protein expression/purification, and mass spectrometry.
- Experience working in a fast-paced R&D team environment.
